Projected new building for a therapy- and rehabilitation centre including hotel and art forum.
The object will be realised in Obersaxen, a romantic Walser settlement located on a sunny high level plateau (1281 meter above sea level) with a magnificent panorama view over the Alps.
During winter the village offers: 150 kilometres of ski runs, 35 kilometres of cross country tracks, sledge course, natural ice
skating rink and 70 kilometres winter hiking trails.
In summer there are 150 kilometres hiking trails, mountain
bike routes, tennis courts, swimming in a mountain lake und
in future a golf course at the guest’s disposal.
The ground comprises 5.619 square meters plot area.
